Our physiotherapy sessions consist of:
- Application of a step by step checklist to make a clear diagnosis
- Hands-on testing of all possible related muscles, bones, joints and nerves
- An explanation of what faults cause your condition
- Manual treatments to effect a positive change
- Injury prevention management
- Your toolkit for self management
We are very encouraging of questions and comments during your sessions, so please ensure you speak up. It is also very helpful for you to write any questions you may already have before your appointment and bring the list with you.

We pride ourselves on being on time, every time. To help us maintain this standard please arrive ten minutes before your appointment. Client information forms take a little time and traffic is often busy.
Your time is specifically reserved for you, with no overlap of clients. We ask you to understand the importance of our time-based scheduling to allow us to provide you with the best service possible, and that we are required to finish on time.
All initial consultations are 1 hour, and following appointments are 30 minutes. If you would like more than one area treated or think you have a particularly chronic and complex problem ask your physio about a double appointment.
Please wear or bring comfortable clothing. For example, shorts and a tank-top are ideal.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and EFTPOS. We can process your private health care card via HICAPS on the day. Also we accept EPC medicare rebate consultations- there will be full payment of the session to Moore Health. Medicare will deposit the money immediately with a medicare card and deposit to your debit card.
