Celeste D'Amico
Our Team
Celeste is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for optimising health, function, and wellbeing across diverse populations. She holds a Master of Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport & Exercise Science) from Western Sydney University, graduating with distinction in both degrees. Her vision to combine evidence-based practice with compassionate care inspired her to pursue a career as an Exercise Physiologist, with a focus on helping people live healthier, stronger, and more independent lives.
Celeste has gained extensive experience in assessment, evidence-based exercise prescription, and program delivery for clients with chronic conditions, particularly in the areas of bone and metabolic health, falls prevention, and age-related sarcopenia. As a practitioner, she is dedicated to providing a holistic and collaborative approach to care that empowers individuals to take control of their health and achieve both personal and clinical goals.
Her philosophy is grounded in the belief that exercise is more than just treatment, it is a powerful tool for prevention, recovery, and lifelong wellbeing. At Moore Health, Celeste aims to support each client in achieving meaningful outcomes through safe, effective, and sustainable exercise programs, while fostering a supportive environment that promotes long-term lifestyle change.
Outside of the clinic, Celeste enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, weight training, and Pilates. She also loves a good coffee and long walks by the beach, which help her stay grounded and recharged.
