Get strong and get moving! Moore Health has Mobility, Strength and Balance classes as well as Strength and Core classes.

What is Mobility, Strength and Balance?

  • Gentle stretching and strength work

  • Aerobic exercises that includes both standing and floor work

  • Perfect for the more mature resident

  • Time: 11:00am on Tuesday and 9:30am on Thursday

What is Strength and Core?

  • 50 minutes of mat workout that embraces the slowburn

  • More intense than the mobility class

  • Utilises a variety of equipmen to improve muscular strength, flexibility and coordination

  • Designed to target the whole body.

  • Will hit all the right spots and leave you wanting more!

  • Time: 12:00pm on Tuesday
