At Moore Health our classes in the clinic and ZOOM, are the perfect way to keep your core in shape. Our classes are instructed by physiotherapists and qualified instructors with years of experience and knowledge to share. We limit clinic classes strictly to 4 clients due to COVID-19 safety protocols, however, we welcome everyone to join the live ZOOM and participate from the comfort of their own homes if restricted due to COVID limitations.
