Yoga Classes

Moore Health yoga is a hatha, breath-based yoga class which will calm you after a challenging day at work. It will leave you feeling energised and more relaxed in your daily life.

Yoga is good for your posture and structural balance, it promotes flexibility and suppleness, strength and stamina, tones the internal organs, improves concentration, teaches you how to breathe more effectively, facilitates relaxation and calms the mind. When you breathe slowly and deeply, more oxygen circulates through the blood.

The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis and headaches.
