The initial consultation is an hour which includes a functional assessment and an overview of your bone health and history in order to ensure we create a personalised and targeted exercise program for you; the cost is $185 with Catherine or $145 with Celine. You can get a private health fund rebate OR a $58 rebate from Medicare with an EPC referral from your GP for all sessions with Catherine.

You are recommended to take at least two one-on-one 45-minute sessions before joining a class. These cost $145 with Catherine and are claimable and $115 with Celine.

The group exercise classes are recommended to be twice weekly for best optimal results. The classes are $45 each or $40 should you decide to purchase a package of 20 classes for $800. You may also use an EPC referral OR your health fund card for sessions with Catherine.
