The initial consultation is an hour which includes a functional assessment and an overview of your bone health and history in order to ensure we create a personalised and targeted exercise program for you; the cost is $180 with Catherine or $140 with Celine. You can get a private health fund rebate OR a $58 rebate from Medicare with an EPC referral from your GP for all sessions with Catherine.

You are recommended to take at least two one-on-one 45-minute sessions before joining a class. These cost $140 with Catherine and are claimable and $110 with Celine.

The group exercise classes are recommended to be twice weekly for best optimal results. The classes are $40 each or $35 should you decide to purchase a package of 20 classes for $700. You may also use an EPC referral OR your health fund card for sessions with Catherine.
